| Hey Fredd, I would just like to point out, that listening to "Sunshine Recorder", backwards and at a 3rd of the regular speed, it seems a good portion of the song is made out of Church Bells ringing. From about 3:10 to 3:30 if you reverse that, then play it backward and a 3rd of it's regular speed, church bells. very, very prominent. also at 3:25 when the child says "Getta fa place" (Or somthing like that, I don't know) Right at the end, you can hear another vocal sample very quickly (Around 3:27). also right when the boy ends with the "sss" from the word "place" if you slow it down (to about 20% of original) it sounds sort of like... a man calling help or moaning. there's definatly something there. you should check it out. |

Is the official boc website not working? when you try to view pic or info it gives an error message,
could some tell me if it's the same on there pc? http://www.boardsofcanada.com it's a pain in the ass!

I just heard the track "apparatus" from "A Few Old Tunes Vol. 2" and I found that the voice samples in this track are taken from an old science fiction film named "Terror from the Year 5000."
Just an interesting bit of fun I can add to the mix. |

Its been in my music collection for some time and it has grown on me. The file originated from an archive called "boards of canada - the campfire headphase_marramiau.rar".
From the looks of things, someone was trying to force people to listen to their music, or else buy the real album. |

| lol olivier, you really need to get out more...don't you know a marketing scam when it smacks you in the face! There is NO link between boc and the branch davidians, the NFB is not linked with the Illuminati. The guys from Boards Of Canada don't want to hide away from everyone, they were on tv just last month doing a live set. They just want to hide away from freaky fans like yourself who can't differentiate between art and real life. |
